  Dr John was great really truly caring and did some dental work for me today ! however now I'm in excruciating pain and I have called the EMERGENCY DR ON CALL and left 3 messages SURPRISE SURPRISE NO CALL BACK !! not to mention that the receptionist told me that they "thought" I had rescheduled and said I didn't and wouldn't have as I'm in too much pain. So she put me back on the schedule but I had to wait an extra 30 mins to get called back. Also didn't have a clue of the agreement between me and Dr John and tried to tell me I needed to pay MORE and they weren't even aware of what was going on,neither was I ! Anyway went through with the procedure and now on my way to ER

  I would not even give these guys 1 star if I could. I have been to this location once before for a regular cleaning. Decided to go there again for regular cleaning, hoping for the same positive experience but unfortunately I was not treated the same. After having my x-ray done, the Dr I believe his name was Sharp, came with gloves and mouth mask on, presumably he was treating another patient, took a quick look at x-ray and told me he could not do a cleaning, because I needed other type of cleaning and I would need to make another appointment for that. I mean where is the patient care? He did not sit down and explain thoroughly what was going and just left, leaving the dental assistant to do the explaining. Very unprofessional! needless to say I won't be going there ever, and I recommend to everyone to not go this location
