- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Anne and Marie along with every employee in Anne's office are out of this world. I have been using Anne for all of my insurance needs for over 17 years and there is a reason for this. Customer service!! Being a small business owner I certainly understand the importance of excellent customer service and this is what Anne and her team emphasize. Over these years I have had to make a few claims and Anne has had to go to bat occasionally to ensure that we were given exceptional care at the claims level. She is a seasoned veteran and knows how to optimize your experience while submitting a claim.
