- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Ten years ago, I had my first set of braces done but I was such a rebellious teen that I did not use my retainer! My teeth shifted and I needed braces again so I chose to go to Parkfield Orthodontics because of its convenient location. During my free consultation, the assistants really took care of me. They explained all the steps on taking records and they were gentle when they took photos of my mouth. Seeing the pictures of my teeth and bite on the TV screen was definitely a plus! I'm more of a visual person, so seeing what Dr. Zinn was explaining to me was very helpful. She explained to me the required maintenance of being in braces and what to expect if things go wrong (such as broken bracket or a poking wire). I wished someone had done that when I had my braces done 10 years ago! The treatment coordinator went over my contract and payment plan. It was a breeze and there have not been any surprises! I go in every month for my adjustments, and everyone is as lovely as the first day I walked in. They are never in a rush and they take their times to make sure your smile is perfect! So far, I'm liking the results and I have never encountered issues with broken brackets. Those things are so sturdy! It will be bittersweet when I'll take them off next month because I won't be seeing the wonderful staff every month anymore but I'll have that Hollywood smile that I always dreamed of. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Parkfield Orthodontics has been absolutely Amazing through the year and a half process of my daughter's braces! They are always so professional and kind, I'm literally so sad that we are done with braces because I feel like I won't see my family anymore! Thank you Dr. Zinn for the great work, thank you Veronica for your hard work as well, and of course thank you Ericka who always has a huge smile on her face as we walk in! You are the first person we see when we walk in and im glad that you are, it's very important to feel welcomed when you go to businesses!
