  The quality of work was great, but my problem with this office wasn't until someone named Sandra decided to bud in we conversation I was trying to have with the receptionist, summer. I had owed a balance and wanted summer to help me figure out where it came from being that she had help me with my appointments in payments. Because Sandra had spoke with the other party on my insurance I guess she needed to interrupt the conversation and try to explain to me what had happened. This would have been fine if she didn't tell me that I wasn't listening to her because I was upset, nor neither one of those accusations was the case. My conversation just was not with her at that moment. This was one of those reminders of when people tend to talk down at you and expect you to listen to them because of their position. Because of that, I will never return to this place. This is one of those examples that businesses have to be reminded of which is your front line people are the representation of your business and in this case, Sandra was not a good representation for family first dental.
