- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I took my son have his wisdom teeth removed. I went to this office because my son’s dentist office had them down as a option for wisdom teeth removed. First, when you walk into the office and you feel like you are in the DMV. When you get to the front desk and they open a window. When you sit down they close the window. You defiantly don’t feel like a valued customer. Though, the surgeon himself was very nice. But you only see him for a few minutes. After the evaluation they give you a estimate for surgery fees which is due minus insurance they day of surgery. So a couple weeks later I get a bill in the mail saying I owe more money, which is odd because everything they did was on the estimate, nothing more. They didn’t have to go above and beyond, standard When I called the office do you think they cared? No, they were very rude. I was then told that they were trying to help me (in a extremely condescending way), which do you think they did? They said by law they had to bill me more money and that the numbers on the estimate were off and she was going to take that up with the staff. I said I am going to take this up with the dentist when my son goes into checkup, I was then laughed at by the staff and informed he was a oral surgeon not a dentist. I had to raise my voice before one person would even listen to me. She kept saying one thing and I kept trying to tell her that was on the original estimate. It was all on the original estimate. In this economy, it financially killed me to get this procedure done for my son. Then to get a bill for more? Where is my word is my bond in this world? Wish we went elsewhere. I talked to my co-workers about this and they told me I overpaid from the beginning. Beware!!! For 4 impacted be prepared for close to $2000. Oh, also the Lone Tree office is open until 5:30, but just try to call them after 3. They send it straight to on call.February 12, 2017by A Google User
